James B. LaValle is a clinical pharmacist, board certified clinical nutritionist, author of more than 20 books and clinical director for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Performance Health Program. He provides key nutrition guidance he provides athletes on and off the field to maintain peak performance. While many of us may not be athletes, LaValle says flu season layered in with coronavirus threats means we need to actively train our bodies to be more responsive when under attack. He says this fall is “game day” for everyone and like they say on the field, the best offense is a good defense.
