From the CEO of Youtheory Regarding COVID-19
Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone who has been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
As a family-owned nutrition-based health and wellness company committed to making high-quality supplements for those in need, we want to provide you with an update on the actions the Youtheory brand is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and to support the health and well-being of our customers, our employees, and our communities.
With this ever so rapidly evolving situation, we are continuously reviewing the latest information from government authorities and public health officials to ensure that our procedures align or exceed best practices so that we take appropriate measures to protect our employees while continuing to meet the needs of our customers. To that end, we want to share with you the measures that we have taken during this difficult time to not only continue to provide you with the nutritional supplements that you need but to also ensure your safety and the safety of our employees and the communities:
Product Safety: We ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety of our products by thoroughly monitoring the entire manufacturing processes; our manufacturing and production processes are certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). All production staff are required to wear a special uniform at all times and all manufacturing is done in our state of the art cleanrooms. Customers can be assured that our products are manufactured and packaged in the safest way possible.
Product Orders: Our operations team members are working tirelessly to ensure the availability of all of our products and fulfilling orders to the best of our ability in a timely manner. As of this time, there have been no delays in processing our orders so that our products remain available to you either on the shelf or through e-commerce orders.
Community Safety: The health of our employees and communities is our top priority. We are proactively employing additional safety measures, which include curtailing all non-essential business travel, ceasing all on-site meetings with outside partners, vendors, job candidates, family members or other visitors at our facility, and postponing all events, product demonstrations, or off-site business meetings. In addition, we continue to disinfect all areas of our worksite and instruct our team members on the heightened need for exemplary personal hygiene practices.
At Youtheory, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers and employees. We will continue to make decisions with vigilance informed by the latest information and guided by our company values.
